GLLC, founded by Graham Little, is a boutique consulting firm specializing in deciphering leadership paradigms and enacting organizational effectiveness. We leverage research, coaching, data collection and face-to-face facilitation to help our clients be successful.

Our Approach
GLLC founder and co-owner, Graham Little, is a former United States Air Force Colonel, author, and graduate from the US Army Command and General Staff College. GLLC is primarily made up of former military with a passion to guide businesses into next level production.
